Geocaching/GPS Workshop
Geocaching is an outdoor treasure-hunting activity where a GPS unit is used to find treasures (caches) anywhere in the world. In the Lindsay area there are over 12 caches. Learn the basics of using a GPS unit. Practice finding temporary caches and find one local cache. GPS units will be provided. Once you have completed this workshop, you will be able to borrow a GPS from the Green Trails Alliance. Outdoor class; dress appropriately for the weather. Each workshop is two hours. All ages are welcome.
